Tap a day, then tap the hours you can sing. Your answers save automatically and you can change them any time.
First time: type your name and make up a 4-digit PIN. Next time: same name, same PIN brings your calendar back. The PIN just keeps others from editing your days.
Season runs mid November through the first week of January. Gigs are usually 1 to 3 hours, any time from morning to late evening. Marking hours doesn't book you; admins assign quartets from this and confirm with you.
S A T B boxes: solid green means someone with that main part is available; dashed yellow means no one has it as a main part, but a Sopralto or Bari-tenor could cover it. Admins only. Each singer sees and edits only their own calendar. With a gig time set, a singer counts as covering the day only if every hour of the gig is marked; singers free at other times that day are shown faded.
Admins only. Add a gig, then pick the quartet from the singers who marked those hours free. "Copy details" gives you a ready-to-paste message for the group text.
Tick "Paid" once you've paid a singer for a gig. Totals use the "Pay per singer" number on each gig. The same list is kept in the Google Sheet on the Payouts tab.
Pick a date and time first to see who's free.
Tap the hours you're free (green). Tap again to turn one off. You can also drag across several.
